I'm GLAD people starts knowing what is macarons and alhamdulilah it's fast selling.

our last time baking macarons is on wednesday,

and i've made a change with the colours,

asyik2 pink biru purple,

so this time i tried yellow,white,green and chocolate.

not bad.

here you are,

and dear 'si manis' admirer,

i would tell you the good news bout ou 'si manis',

our macarons is big,

some macarons makers they just sell the macarons in 20cent size,

but mine is even bigger than 50cent coins.

and for less sweet taste,i use original jem like peanut butter,dark chocolate and many more.

we sell at rm2 per pcs,

Box 1- 25macarons with ONLY RM50(exclusive postage)

Box 2-15macarons with ONLY RM30 (exclusive postage)

Box 3-PROMOTION BOX for 6macarons only at RM10(only available for self-pickup or visit our kiosk)

What is MACARONS?

This pictures originally taken by my dad,during our visit to Paris,2010. it's been sell at McDonald okayh?

seems like macarons are still new in malaysian market but already widespread in europe countries.

so i would like to introduce and briefly explained to you what it is all about?

(let me use BM for the better understanding)

APA ITU MACARONS?

Macaron ni sejenis kudapan manisan orang perancis yang diperbuat dari ground almond,caster sugar dan egg white.

2 keping shell diletakkan jem atau filling ditengahnya seperti burger.

Apa rasa Macaron ni?

Crispy kat luar chewy kat dalam..bila kita gigit rasa crispy lepas tu kat dalam rasa chewy dan melty .

kat tengah ada filling..ada macam-macam variety fillings,peanut butter,starwberry,vanilla,lemon,pandan,caramel,nutella,dark choc dan byk lagi.

Ouh this is how we packaging the macarons if you need postage,but this 1st batch i dont prefer postage,better self pick up,sebab sikit sangat.

Macarons madness,make me step to the kitchen and preparing for the macarons since 8a.m in the morning.

as this is the 1st time i'd do it alone without any guided teacher,

it's a little bit 'kekok' but i believe practice make perfect!

i actually soo worried if my customer do compare my 1st attempt with my teacher's one or compare with Paris's one.(i mean the shape and texture)

Do apologise me if it is a little bit poor with them,i'm a learner and will learnt more and more till my macarons turns PERFECTO!

but i bet u! it's soo yummy and DELICIOUS! still melt in mouth! and the most important thing is, it LESS SWEET.
